Recruiting Intelligence:
The Secrets We Keep

We'll provide an in-depth look into hiring practices, what makes you a great candidate for any role, and how to best position yourself to be the one they want for the job you want while finding mutual job bliss - or at least enjoying going there.

Bring your resume and/or portfolio! We will also be providing a time for resume reviews and discussing with individual attendees about their employment efforts; giving critique where necessary and compliments too.

Finally, the focus will be made to the coding/creative industry from experts in the field. So be prepared and expect to learn something you maybe didn't know before and have an insider's perspective to pursue your next employment venture.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Brian Shellhorn and Jefferson Fee —

Brian Shellhorn
Brian is a staffing industry veteran with over 10 years experience in various Recruiting, Sales and Sales Management roles. His primary past experience has been in the IT, Creative and Marketing staffing verticals. Brian has been in his current role at Aquent for 3 years and has overall management responsibility for the Denver and Phoenix markets.

Jefferson Fee
Jefferson has taken his 10 years of creative experience working for advertising agencies to the next level having joined the recruiting world just last year. Combining knowledge and expertise from both industries allows him to provide an insightful perspective from the hiring manager and the talent's point of view; having worked on both sides of the interview and hiring desk. He's hired and fired a lot of people and knows what it takes to survive the cut. Jefferson has a passion for this industry and truly enjoys dispelling myths about the interview and hiring process while educating on how to be the best you are and not worry about what you should be for the person across the desk conducting the torture, oops interview.
