You needn't be versed in the Google Earth API per se, just the issues that arise with hand-shaking that goes back and forth between Flex/AS and Javascript.

6-8 hrs will help address our immediate problems for now--but given preliminary client feedback (enthusiastic), there's a chance of more hours down the road.

My company has been working on a good sized web application built in Flex and Rails. We've run into some production trouble as the lead programmer has been having some serious health issues recently. I'm looking for another hand to help out. Experience with Flex is an absolute must. Experience with Rails is not required, but would be helpful.
